a multimedia installation built site-specifically in the wine tunnels of the KGP gallery in Presov, Slovakia, continuing and developing the motifs of the "he loves me - he loves me not" concept in Kunsthalle Bratislava. Number two underlines the complex deteriorating state of Slovak society. The individual stages work with the journey from point A to point B, in the form of discovering individual parts and connecting means of expression to the final catharsis. He loves me - he loves me not 2 is a bold assessment of the current Slovak reality, where the political world disrupts, crumbles and destroys the democratic foundations of society, culture is reaching the very edge and people are forced to create safe bubbles for themselves if they want to maintain mental health, a sense of control over their lives. The concept stimulates a feeling of constant control and surveillance both from higher places that we cannot control, but also the control of our safe bubble, always with one eye open - whether somewhere in the shadows, around the corner, a supernatural entity is lurking that threatens us. The project was developed in Fukuoka, Japan, and uses elements of Japanese pop culture and yokai. The immersive and connecting element of the installation is made to measure sound art by Berlin artist Bernhard Hollinger. It was supported by the Slovak arts council and exhibited in Japan and Slovakia in 2025 - 2026.
